What’s difference between crusher and shredder ?

Shredders are mainly used for processing waste items such as waste tires, plastics, paper, etc. It processes materials into smaller blocks through cutting, tearing, and squeezing, which facilitates subsequent recycling or processing

2.Different working principles

Crushers achieve the purpose of material crushing by high-speed rotation, using methods such as impact, collision, and crushing to crush the material.

Shredder use low speed and high torque, as well as the speed difference between the shafts, to tear, cut, and shred various materials, achieving the effect of reducing material size through shearing, tearing, and squeezing.
